Wagga2023 attendees must be fully vaccinated or have a legal medical certificate exempting vaccination.

Registration includes all meals from Tuesday dinner to Friday lunch inclusive, including conference dinner on Wednesday night; accommodation for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights; admission to all sessions.
Two types of accommodation are now offered at Charles Sturt University. These are cottages with eight bedrooms and two shared bathroom facilities or an Ensuite Room for which there is a higher cost per day. There are limited numbers of Ensuite rooms available (30).

Receipts will be provided during the conference unless otherwise indicated.We are pleased to announce that due to the generous sponsorship from FLEET, child care bursaries are now available to assist attendees with carer responsibilities to pay for additional child care. This may be in the form of bringing an additional family member to Wagga to help care for the child/children, or additional before and after school care during the conference at their home organisation. Up to four bursaries will be awarded up to $300 based on a detailed application indicating personal requirements and receipts submitted to CMM-Wagga@aip.org.au.
