The Australian Institute of Physics (AIP) National Congress is held approximately every two years and is the largest and foremost national conference for physicists in Australia.
The last meeting was held in Brisbane between 3-8 December 2006 with around 900 attendees. The Congress included Plenary Sessions of general interest and sessions representing topical groups of the Australian Institute of Physics and affiliated societies. .
