FLOWVIS exhibited at Frankston's Cube37 Glass House art gallery from 6 - 20 November. The show was reworked so as to be able to project electronically onto the footpath as a looping presentation for passers-by of the main street in the large regional city of Frankston in southern Victoria. Each image was shown full screen, then interspersed with a slide of its credits and very brief explanation for the public of the image. Thus images were projected up to 4+ metres high for outside viewing and were quite readable from across the road at the Council chambers. The images were projected onto 3 screens on each glass pane, each with a different image in the sequence of slides. One screen faced the camera, one faced 90 degrees to the right, and the other screen faced 90 degrees to the left. |
