The Rocks boast some of the oldest buildings in Sydney - as the home of the first settlers, it is now a popular tourist destination with Sunday markets and street entertainers. As Australia's most recognisable icon, it's definitely worth taking a closer look at this magnificent architectural feat.

This street is home to historic sandstone buildings that have become the public service sector in Sydney. Buildings include Parliament House, the Hyde Park Barracks, which is now a museum, and the State Library. A short walk from the Opera House is the Botanic Gardens and Sydney's Domain.
