How to fix your download problems

The website has been constructed using the ‘state of the art’ program Dreamweaver. It makes use of Java scripts, DHTML, applets, flash etc.

The web site is functioning properly.

If the links in the left-hand blue section don’t work or this section did not download properly then your web browser needs to be adjusted.

·        If you are using Internet Explorer (latest is IE6)

What you need to do is go to -       Tools

                                                Internet Options

                                               Security Settings

                                                 Custom Level

Now click enable under the following to turn them on

·        Run ActiveX controls + plugins  (most important)

·        Script ActiveX controls …..

·        Scripting of Java applets

Depending on your browser there may be a couple of other things you may have to turn on but for most people the above is all that will be necessary. Also for a few people the above settings may have been turned off by their network managers in which case you will need to contact them.

NB   1. If the above does not fix the problem then your browser is probably not able to

deal with flash. Download flash from Macromedia.

        2. You could also download IE6 if you have an old IE.

        3. If you are using another web browser such as Netscape do

            similar things as indicated above.

If all else fails you can navigate around the site using these links.
